We accept all major credit and debit cards and all transactions are processed by Realex payments on their secure servers.
All prices exclude VAT. 23% VAT is added before completing your transaction.
All orders received before 12 noon, Mon – Thursday will be dispatched that day for delivery next day within the Republic of Ireland. Orders after 12 will be dispatched the next working day.
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order with a unique reference number. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address phone number during the checkout process. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.
Canceling or changing orders
You can cancel or change your order at any time prior to its dispatch. Changed orders may be subject to a small delay as the order is repackaged etc. Please have your order details ready when phoning us at 01 281 0610
If you find a product damaged in transit or unsuitable on delivery, please contact Rolls.ie without delay, as we may advise you to refuse the delivery, rather than you incurring unnecessary postal charges by returning unwanted goods. Goods must be inspected at the time of delivery and if goods are accepted and signed for as received, it is assumed that all goods are in working order and undamaged by transit. Any unforseen damaged items must be highlighted to us within 24 hours of receipt.
If however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following.
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt.
Goods must have the accompanying delivery receipt.
Rolls.ie reserves the right to alter prices and delivery terms without prior notice.
